Custom made orders are consider final sale and are not eligible for return. All custom orders will be well communicated with the buyer to ensure the correct outcome. If you believe there was a mistake made, please contact me and I will do my best to correct any issues.
Any pre-made packages that are not custom made may be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, as well as all original packaging. If the item/items have been installed, they are no longer eligible for a return.
For all custom designed emblems shipping charges and package handling are nonrefundable. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer. Once the purchase has been received back, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method used.
Shipping is free within the US. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS whichever is most affordable for the quickest delivery. We do ship internationally however prices vary based on location and package size; detail regarding international shipping rates will been displayed at checkout. All duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All large items or heavy orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
Damages must be reported within 24 hours from your receipt of your product. Please do not discard any of damaged item or its packaging. If you believe an item was damaged in transit or defective, please upload your photo of the item and a detailed description of the damage on the form provided within 24 hours from receipt of your product to qualify for a full refund. All approved refunds will be paid to the original form of payment or free exchange. If you fail to report damages/defects in above time frame and condition, we will not be able to take responsibility for the damages.
All products must be returned with no signs of usage in its original packaging and with all related accessories and insert card included. Items in gift sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging.
